Refund Policy

This policy explains refund and rescheduling handling for PitraSeva puja bookings.

Before Ritual Assignment

If a pandit or service slot has not yet been assigned, eligible cancellations may be refunded after payment gateway fees or administrative costs, where applicable.

After Ritual Preparation Begins

Once materials are purchased, pandits are assigned, or temple/service logistics begin, refunds may be partial or unavailable. We will prioritize rescheduling when possible.

Completed Rituals

Completed rituals are not refundable. If a promised deliverable such as photos, video, or prasad shipment has an issue, contact us and we will work to resolve it.
