Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks before your desired date. During Pitra Paksha 2026 (Sep 26 - Oct 10), slots are limited and fill up quickly. Early bookings also allow time for Prasad delivery coordination.
Yes. During booking, you can request a specific tithi (lunar date) corresponding to your ancestor's death date. We will accommodate this within our slot availability. Sarva Pitru Amavasya (the final day) is the most requested and fills fastest.
Each package includes Shraddh for up to 2 ancestors (parents). For each additional ancestor, add the "Extra Ancestor" add-on (₹1,499 per person). There is no upper limit on how many ancestors can be included.
Yes. We ship Prasad worldwide. Estimated delivery times: India (3-4 days), UAE/Singapore/Southeast Asia (5-7 days), UK/Europe/North America (7-10 days). Customs declaration is handled on our end. Add "Express Shipping" to upgrade.
Cancellations made 7+ days before the ceremony receive a 90% refund (10% processing fee). Cancellations 3-6 days prior receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the ceremony are non-refundable as materials are already procured. Rescheduling within Pitra Paksha is free if requested 5+ days in advance.
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options. For international customers, we accept international cards and Stripe. Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) is also available on request.
Absolutely. If you don't know the gotra, our pandits use "Kashyapa" gotra, which is the accepted Vedic practice in such cases. If you don't know the tithi, we perform the ceremony on Sarva Pitru Amavasya - the most powerful day, which covers all ancestors regardless.
